All online orders and related customer data are handled securely by Wix, our third-party website and e-commerce platform. 3. Ordering & Account Responsibility

Order Issues
If there is an error with your order (such as an incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion and are typically provided in the form of store credit or a gift card.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if we are notified before preparation has begun. Once we start making your order, cancellations may not be possible. Once an online order has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Preparation begins shortly after we receive your order, and all sales are considered final. An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and we receive the order. An automatic email confirmation is sent shortly after placing the order, confirming receipt.
Pre-Orders (Scheduled for a Future Date)
If you are unable to pick up a pre-scheduled order, no refund will be issued. However, we will provide a store credit for the full amount if we receive an email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund or credit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the order at the agreed time. We are not responsible for uncollected orders.
Third-Party Orders
Orders placed through third-party platforms (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or SkipTheDishes) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those services. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
