DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA?

While we offer 12" gluten-free pizza dough, we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free environment. Our pizzas are baked in the same oven as those made with regular dough, which means there is a risk of cross-contamination. However, we take every precaution possible, including thoroughly cleaning surfaces and using dedicated cutters to minimize this risk.

DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN PIZZA?

YES! Our dough is 100% vegan, and we also offer a delicious plant-based vegan cheese, one of the best on the market. You can enjoy it on our Veggie Lover Pizza or create your own (BYO) with vegan cheese and any toppings you like.

WHICH PRODUCE AND INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

We’re proud to use only the best, sourcing our produce and products from Italy and Canada. Supporting both our home and our roots is important to us, and we never compromise on quality. Every ingredient we use is carefully chosen to make sure your pizza is as fresh and flavorful as it can be.

HOW MANY TOPPINGS CAN I CHOOSE IN A BYO PIZZA?

Our BYO pizza includes 3 toppings, plus mozzarella and tomato sauce. Additional toppings are available for an extra charge starting from the 4th topping, even if it's only on half the pizza.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend choosing no more than 5 toppings for the best result of flavour and texture, as our pizzas are thin crust and cooked in a wood fired oven.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

 • Call us to place your order directly at 416 588 8010
 • Stop by the shop and order in person during our regular hours. We’ll make your pie right away.
 • Order online through our website for quick and easy pick-up — just choose your preferred time, and we’ll have your pizza ready right when you want it.

PLEASE NOTE: Durig peak hours, especially on weekends, we're often very busy and may not be able to answer the phone right away. For a quicker and smoother experience, we encourage you to place your order online.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted, we immediately begin preparing your food. Therefore, we can't cancel or refund orders after confirmation. For pre-orders, please contact us 24hours in advance for a store credit to use in a different day.

DO YOU DELIVER?

YES! We currently partner with Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes and DoorDash, so you can order through any of their apps for delivery.

DO YOU HAVE SEATING OR DINE-IN?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it’s cozy! We have limited seating available for dine-in guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with small tables and high chairs for a casual bite. We also have a second-floor seating area that’s perfect for parties and small events. Want the whole space to yourself? HOW TO USE MY LOYALTY POINTS?

To redeem your loyalty points, please place your order through our website by opening an account or sign in if you already have one. This system automatically add points to your account every time you order. Follow these steps:

•Select the item/s you like to order and Add to CART
•VIEW CART
• CHECKOUT 
• Complete all the information

And then if you have points you have to digit it in the appropriate space and click APPLY REWARD

Can I use my loyalty points in-house or over the phone?
Unfortunately, NO. 
Our loyalty points are managed by a third-party service connected to our website. To redeem your points, you’ll need to place your order online and follow the prompts during checkout.
