Calabria and Alto Adige (SouthTyrol).

We only use the finest quality Italian and local produce. We have selected some of top suppliers to be part of our team, who provide us with fresh ingredients daily. We also have a team experienced staff who ensure quality control at each stage of the production.
The dough is the key to our secret recipe. Exclusively made by hand, thanks to a slow, naturally leavening cold process for over 72 hours, our crust has a very high digestibility.

Each pizza is made to order, right in front of you. Watch the whole process of your pizza being made fresh and sizzling hot, ready to eat. Choose among M-XL sizes or Grab&Go options for your quick lunch break.
