in our traditional wood-fired oven.
Our pizzas are rooted in authentic Italian tradition, with a touch of New York style, combining simplicity, quality ingredients, and bold flavour. Every pizza is handmade from dough to finish, crafted with passion and guided by the expertise of our owner and master pizzaiolo Giuseppe, who brings over 20 years of experience to every creation.

Slow represents our commitment to craftsmanship and time, our dough is handcrafted and fermented for over 72 hours, following the true principles of slow food. We believe great pizza cannot be rushed. Our roots are in the South, where food means family, simplicity, and genuine flavor. Home is the most beautiful place in the world, and through our pizza, we share that warmth and authenticity with you.
Yellow is our symbol of happiness, the happiness we bring every single day. It is the color of gold, just like our little place: small, precious, and full of heart. It is the color of sunshine, summer beaches, and the comforting heat of Calabria. And above all, it is the color of golden wheat, the soul of our dough and the foundation of our pizza: authentic, light, and perfectly crispy.
